PURPOSE

The Thân Tâm An
Lạc Association is a non-profit
organization designed for anyone interested in bringing a life of peace and
happiness to himself or herself, as well as for all others, both spiritually
and physically. The association is formally started on
The
association is non-political, is strictly cultural, and aims at all whose main
concerns are to bring about happiness for himself or
herself, and for all around them. Anyone, male or female, young or old, belonging
to any ethnicity, any religion, any nationality, is invited to inquire about,
and hopefully participate in the association’s activities, if they agree with
the purposes of the association.
As a
first step, the association tries to set up a website on the internet to post
articles that are useful to all in terms of personal health and spiritual
search in the modern age. This task has been accomplished, and the
association’s official website is www.thantamanlac.com
where there are articles in Vietnamese,
English, French, and bilingual Vietnamese-English. We hope in the future to add
other languages as well.
As we
progress, we plan to issue tri-monthly newsletters with news related to the
association, as well as articles of interest to all. We also intend to publish
short documents that prove useful to the general public.
In
practical matters, the association tries to assist anyone in need to services
related to health, and funeral services for those who pass away. The
association also wishes to organize activities for small children to guide them
in their spiritual development, and help them nurture a healthy lifestyle that
can be beneficial for them in the future, with the aim to be of dedication and service
to society.
The
association is ready and happy to receive feedback from anyone, so that our
activities will be enriched everyday, to respond better to society’s needs.
